I have a v4 license. I want to upgrade to v5 professional and 2 licenses. What is the easiest way to do this.

On the checkout page (See the [Prices] button in the top right of this page) there's a button to buy the upgrade. $50 each if you upgrade two.

I should have said I only have one v4 standard license. how do I upgrade a standard v4 license to v5 professional license?

Same process. The upgrade is from 'Any' version to 'Any' Version.
