Topic:   Is there a way to add columns in Assembly Editor?

By: MiniMRPnoobPosted on: May 5 2021 at 04:04:15 PM
I'm new to MiniMRP so forgive me if I'm not using the tool properly. I've built out some components and assemblies in the database. I'm entering the Assembly Editor to sanity check the values and get a sense for the cost of components that we've not priced carefully before. Our products are built in pairs. On the left side table there is a BuildCost column which shows the correct cost for the master assembly and also displays the cost for single subassemblies of the master assembly even if there are multiple quantities of the subassemblies. In the right side table there is a column for "QtyPer" and "Cost Each", but is there a way to display a column like "Cost Total"?
Said another way, I'm looking for a way to display the total cost of multiple quantities of components or subassemblies. Is there a way to do this? Thank you!

The editor is a tool used to make quick edits to the assembly.
When you've made edits to the assembly you can click the magnifying glass button to inspect the whole Parts List including price/cost columns etc.
