As per the on line manual MISC parts should not physically be taken out of inventory, but in our system it is causing MISC parts to go negative with the close of work orders. is this a bug or are we doing something wrong?

What version do you have? 5.0.?? (What are those last two digits)

We also had that issue.. It seems to be resolved in the last couple releases.
