Is it possible to setup a PO to automatically add a line for tax based on the rate in setup and calculate it on its own as opposed to manually calculating the tax and writing it in?

Sorry. No. We won't calculate sales tax on a purchase order.

Calculating sales tax is the responsibility of the seller.
